Stage 4 MEP Design
Employed by Cain Consulting Engineers, we delivered a full MEP design to RIBA Stage 4 for the refurbishment of Bushey Court retirement home. This comprised design and coordination of all mechanical and electrical equipment, services routes and ensuring compliance for the buidling type.
The design used the latest domestic ventilation equipment to acheive the required ventilation rates while also operating within the client's ER's for acoustic performance and maximum possible heat energy recovery.
